Lets go through main stages of the build work. From the pre-start meeting to completion.
We will cover 5 main stages.
This is when you will meet our project manager and construction manager who will discuss with you the fine details of the house renovation type, times and see what can be achieved within timeframe given by you. You will be advised on best possible solutions and approximate pricing of your intended dream project.
Second Stage: Type of extension and start date
There are multiple types of refurbishment types to choose from. First one is a Lifestyle upgrade, a Open-plan living, an entertainment-styled home, new interest in wine or fine art.
Second most common one is Economic upgrade, for example an older homes may be characterful, but they leak warmth, requiring more heating, reducing your energy use and enter eco friendly home renovation.
Third one is a family upgrade, whether your family is expanding with a new arrival, contracting when little ones about to arrive or need more living space for visitors.
Fourth and main one that we come across on daily basis is "just come to the time for an upgrade". Homes that start to look old and worn out, those who need to add colour and freshness to their home habitat! Update, remodel and refurbish your living space.
Third Stage: Project Management
Senior consultant and project manager who are allocated to you as your dedicated project management team, your point of contact throughout the build and individual responsible for coordinating all aspects of your project.
Fourth Stage: Requirement suggestion to completion
It is very important that before the project renovation start, all required small and big impactful bits are discussed. When it comes for example to wall remodeling and dismounting, architect would need to make sure that the wall can be correctly displaced to extend living area. When everything is confirmed and project can be done, it will be done to a perfection that you are expecting from us. As always, all documents from appliances and spec documentation will be provided upon finishing day of the project to protect your warranty and a sign of reassurance.
