Lets go through main stages of the build work. From the pre-start meeting to completion.
We will cover 5 main stages.
This is when you will meet our project manager and construction manager who will discuss with you the fine details of the house extension type, times and see what can be achieved within timeframe given by you. You will be advised on best possible solutions and approximate pricing of your intended dream project.
Second Stage: Type of extension and start date
You will have enough time to plan and discuss every detail, choose appropriate typr of extension, design and planning, before discussing a start and finish date of the project. We can assure you that any decisions will be taken into consideration very closely and being very open about any plans and achievements at the very beginning state before the start, is what you can expect from us. No unachievable promise is made.
Third Stage: Project Management
Senior consultant and project manager who are allocated to you as your dedicated project management team, your point of contact throughout the build and individual responsible for coordinating all aspect of your project.
Fourth Stage: Party wall agreement
When planning a house extensions if it is to be built anywhere near your neighbour's boundary, it may well be worth asking our team if you would require a party wall agreement. If you do, we can help you though this process and guide correct way.
Fifth Stage: Completion
From completion of the project you will receive all necessary documentation as well as a final tour of the house extension and making sure that all appliances if installed are working as they should. We will provide all relevant paperwork from equipment installed and manufacturer's data sheet where required.
